It’s normal to be anxious before visiting the dentist. To prepare for your first visit, we’ll send you a Welcome Packet that includes an informative booklet about your child’s oral health. When you arrive our office staff will review your completed paperwork, patient referral information, and answer any questions you may have. Before meeting with the dentist, you and your child can have fun in our waiting room viewing our tropical fish tank or perhaps showcasing your creative sides drawing on our giant chalk board.
Help your child prepare.

We’ll Send you a Welcome Packet
Your Welcome Packet contains information about our practice. It includes a helpful booklet for parents and caregivers regarding your child’s oral health. This packet also contains new patient forms.
Please be sure to bring the patient forms with you to your appointment.
Many of our patients are referred to us by a family dentist. If this is the case for your child, a dental history will help us deliver the best care possible. Ask your dentist to provide x- rays and other dental records. You can either have them forwarded to us, or you may bring them with you to your child’s first appointment.
Please let our team know about any dental issues and any health problems that may affect dental care.
